Being part of ADPList gives me a platform to make mentorship accessible and meaningful. It allows me to connect with people across the world who are looking for guidance and direction. For me, it represents a shared commitment to learning, growth, and helping others move forward.

Mentoring, for me, comes from a strong belief in giving back to society. Having grown up in a historically marginalised community, I understand first-hand the uncertainty and barriers many students and early professionals face. Those lived experiences help me empathise deeply with mentees and support them in navigating challenges with clarity and confidence.

I often encourage mentees to develop strong research skills. Research is a field-independent capability that strengthens decision-making and opens opportunities in almost any industry.
