I started mentoring because throughout my career I often saw how a single meaningful conversation can change the way someone sees their path. Over time, I realized that sharing experience and asking the right questions can help people unlock their potential faster. Mentoring became a natural extension of my belief that human capital is our most valuable resource. 2. Stay curious and learn to think along with people. Human capital is the most valuable asset we have. It’s given to us by God, and it grows when we invest in understanding ourselves and others. 3.Being part of ADPList means contributing to a global community where people openly share knowledge and support each other’s growth. I value the diversity of perspectives and the opportunity to connect with professionals from different backgrounds. For me, it’s a space where meaningful conversations help people move forward in their careers and lives.
