Being part of ADPList means being part of a global community where people genuinely support and learn from each other. I love that a simple conversation can spark a new idea, boost someone’s confidence, or open a door they didn’t think was possible. It’s incredibly fulfilling to be part of a community where people lift each other up and grow together.

I grew up in a small town where girls weren’t always encouraged to dream big. Much of my journey was something I had to figure out on my own, through many sleepless nights and a lot of hard work to carve my own path and chase my dreams. Mentoring became my way of giving others the guidance, support, and encouragement I once wished I had.

Don’t wait until you feel “ready.” Work hard, dream big, lead with empathy, and always help others along the way.
