Being part of ADPList means connecting with a global audience and being part of a community where people support each other’s growth. This platform has opened new doors for me as well and allowed me to meet inspiring people from around the world. It holds a special and very lovely space in my heart because of the meaningful conversations and impact it creates.

I started mentoring because I believe that the right support at the right moment can truly change someone’s direction. I wanted to share my own experiences and support people as they navigate challenges in their careers and personal growth. I know how confusing and uncertain these moments can feel and sometimes simply having someone who listens and understands can make a real difference. Over time, seeing the impact of these conversations made mentoring very meaningful to me.

Trust the rhythm of your own journey and follow your dreams. Growth is not a straight line and the more you compare yourself to others, the harder it becomes to hear where your own path is trying to lead you.
