ADPList is one of the few places where people genuinely give their time to help others grow. Being part of that kind of community reminds me that progress doesn’t happen alone, it happens when people share what they’ve learned.

I started mentoring because I remember how confusing it was early in my career. A lot of things only make sense after someone takes the time to explain them honestly. If I can make that path a little clearer for someone else, it feels worth it.

Don’t wait until you feel ready. Most people you look up to were figuring things out as they went.
