I started mentoring because I genuinely wanted to help people find their direction, understand the profession better, and grow with more confidence. For me, mentoring is a practical way to make someone’s path a little clearer and a little less overwhelming. 2. Always look at a problem as a whole. Analysis for the sake of analysis creates very little value — analysis should help solve a real business problem or guide a meaningful decision. 3.Being part of ADPList means being part of something genuinely useful. It gives me a chance to support people from very different backgrounds and feel that my experience can make a real difference for someone.
