I started mentoring because my career was built step by step from the ground up. I experienced many sides of the professional journey. From being a team member to working with board level leaders across industries, from permanent roles to contract and freelance work, including moments of layoffs and uncertainty while waiting for the next opportunity. Those experiences made me realize many people are going through the same journey alone. Through ADPList, I have now mentored 300+ sessions across 25 countries helping others navigate their leadership & careers with more clarity and confidence.
