To me, being part of ADPList means fostering the community. I love paying it forward by sharing the support I’ve received from my own mentors, but I often find that I learn just as much from my mentees as they do from my experience.

I originally stepped into mentoring just to help a friend break into a new industry and find a UX job. To my surprise, what started as a favor quickly grew into a consistent stream of mentees booking sessions for the same goal. This shift made me realize that my experiences could serve as a roadmap for many others.

Trust yourself through the market's highs and lows. Persistent effort is your best friend during challenging times, while doubting yourself or the environment only holds you back.
