Being part of ADPList means giving others the guidance I wish I had early in my career. It’s a chance to help designers avoid the confusion and struggle I went through when I was juggling roles without mentorship. For me, it’s about making sure no one has to figure it all out alone the way I did.

I didn’t have a mentor when I was starting out as a designer, and I struggled because of it. I was juggling multiple roles without clear guidance, trying to figure out my direction on my own. I started mentoring because I didn’t want other designers to go through that same struggle - I want to help them find their vision, land the right roles, and navigate their careers with clarity.

Find clarity on what you actually want before chasing opportunities. Most designers struggle not because they lack skills, but because they’re unclear on their direction, once you know where you’re going, the path becomes much easier.
