ADPList is one of the easiest ways to make mentorship accessible globally. I’ve been able to connect with designers from completely different backgrounds and help them navigate their careers in product and tech. Seeing someone leave a session with more clarity or confidence is always rewarding.

Early in my career, a lot of things in design and tech felt like hidden knowledge. Mentoring became a way for me to share the lessons I learned navigating product design, startups, and big tech so others can move faster than I did. I enjoy helping designers connect the dots between craft, product thinking, and real-world impact.

Focus on your thinking, not just the UI. The best designers can clearly explain the problem, the trade-offs, and why their solution works.
