After years of working as a recruiter, I saw firsthand how broken the hiring system can be. Too many capable people get judged purely by resumes, degrees, or the logos on their CVs, which rarely reflect what someone is truly capable of. I’ve always believed people are far more than that, so mentoring became a way for me to help them navigate the system, challenge those limitations, and explore the paths they actually want to build.

Passion is overrated. Instead of chasing what excites you today, focus on discovering your purpose, the problems you genuinely care enough to keep solving even when things get difficult.
