Mentors have been critical to my own path to success and I always believe in both giving it back and paying it forward. I especially love when mentees return to brag about all their new successes! I always encourage my mentees to take everything I say with a grain of salt and take input from a variety of sources. There is no single mentor in the world who has all the right answers. ADPList makes it so much easier for mentees who would have never found me otherwise to find me. Many people struggle with asking people they know for mentorship, so having a platform like ADPList that clearly indicates that people like me are eager to help makes them feel more confident in reaching out.
