Fractional Product Coach & Consultant
ADPList came into my life during a period of serious burnout, when I was questioning whether to continue in product management at all. Connecting with people from around the world and hearing about their projects, their ambitions, and their challenges reminded me how much I love this work. I credit ADPList with helping me rediscover my purpose and find clarity on what my next chapter in product looks like.
I mentor because I genuinely love working with and coaching other product managers. With 20+ years of experience, I have a lot of hard-won knowledge to share + I know how overwhelming it can be to figure out where to focus. I started doing product management before software product management even had a name, so I'm able to give mentees a grounded, big-picture view of where the discipline has been and where it's going.
Do your research and get specific. The days of the generalist PMs are fading, and the sooner you identify your niche (whether that's technical, growth, or something else), the faster you'll stand out and make an impact.
