I started mentoring because I saw many talented engineers struggle with navigating large scale systems, career decisions, and industry expectations despite having strong technical skills. Having worked on enterprise platforms across fintech and retail, I wanted to share practical insights that help engineers grow faster and avoid common pitfalls.

Focus on understanding systems, not just writing code. Engineers who learn how architecture, data flow, and business impact connect will always stand out.
