I started mentoring becuase in the last few years, staying afloat in tech has been tough for beginners. It seems like every other day there's a new career trend to learn, tools to master, and endless posts to read. And without someone to help filter it all, it can be overwhelming and intimidating for young career professionals. The one advice I give to almost every mentee is to seek RELEVANCE in whatever they are learning , finding or trying to achieve. Being part of ADPList gives me the platform to give back to community whiles feeling fullfilled in passing on knowledge.
