Being part of the ADPList community means contributing to a culture of learning, support, and shared growth. It allows me to connect with designers from different backgrounds and help them navigate their careers with more confidence. Seeing mentees gain clarity and progress in their journey is incredibly rewarding.

Mentoring started naturally for me as I began supporting junior designers within my teams. Over time, I realized how guidance and shared experience can be in helping someone grow in their career. That motivated me to extend my support beyond my workplace and contribute to the wider design community.

Focus on solving real problems, not just creating visually appealing designs. Strong thinking, clear communication, and understanding users will always make your work stand out.
