This site was an opportunity to reach people outside the OutSystems community and also to talk about some other topics I'm familiar with.
After teaching OutSystems in a class that was 50% women - a lot for IT - I joined Raparigas do Código, an organization that helps girls and women to start a career in tech. OutSystems sponsored them and so I started mentoring.
Make a portfolio. Show that you have experience and this is more than a job for you. It is your passion.
