What does being part of ADPList mean to you? (2–3 sentences): Community. Being part of ADPList means being connected to a global group of people who genuinely want to help each other grow. For me, that sense of community makes it more meaningful, because it feels like I am contributing to something bigger than a single session.

What made you start mentoring? (2–3 sentences): I started mentoring because I was fortunate to have great mentors when I was a young engineer just out of college. They taught me that being a good engineer is not only about writing clean code, but also about staying curious, asking better questions, and continuing to learn. Mentoring is my way of passing those lessons on to others earlier in their journey.

What's one piece of advice you give almost every mentee? (1–2 sentences): Be the one who asks questions. Curiosity helps you grow faster than obligation ever will.
