After more than 20 years designing scalable cloud, big data, and AI/ML solutions at JPMorgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, and Capital One, I saw how quickly the fintech landscape evolves and how many talented professionals struggle to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world impact. My role as Guest Lecturer at the University of Texas at Dallas opened my eyes to that exact divide, and serving as a Startup Mentor at Startupbootcamp reinforced my belief that sharing hard-earned lessons could accelerate careers. That's why I joined ADPList—to give back globally, turn my experience into actionable guidance, and help the next generation thrive in AI and data analytics.

Focus relentlessly on hands-on projects that solve real business problems—master the fundamentals of data engineering and AI, but always ask "how does this drive measurable value?" Theory alone won't differentiate you; consistent execution and curiosity about emerging cloud-native architectures will.

Being part of ADPList is one of the most rewarding chapters of my career. It has allowed me to log over 4,000 mentorship minutes, earn Top 1% Mentor recognition in both AI and Data Science, and connect with driven mentees worldwide who are shaping the future of fintech. This platform perfectly aligns with my passion for innovation and community impact—turning two decades of building enterprise AI systems into tangible growth for others feels like the ultimate full-circle moment.
