ADPList demonstrates the power of community. Regardless of where we come from or what stage we are in our careers, people can come together simply to help each other grow. It's a reminder that sharing time, knowledge, and encouragement can have a real impact on someone's journey.

I started mentoring because I often felt lost when I was younger and struggled to find someone who could truly guide me. By coincidence, I eventually met a few people who helped me tremendously, and without them I would not have achieved many of the things I did in life. That experience stayed with me, and I wanted to be that kind of support for others someone they can reach when they need guidance.

You are almost never as late as you think you are. Life is long, and the best thing you can do is explore until you discover what truly energizes you. Often the clearest starting point is understanding what you don't want, because that tends to stay constant even when your interests evolve.
