I started mentoring because I saw how many founders struggle not from lack of ambition, but from lack of structured guidance early in their journey. After building my own startups and working with founders across the UAE and GCC, I realized that sharing practical frameworks and lessons could help others avoid costly mistakes and move faster with more clarity.
Focus less on building the product and more on validating the problem and distribution first. A great product without a clear path to customers rarely succeeds.
