Being part of ADPList means contributing to a global community where knowledge is shared freely and professionals help each other grow. It gives me the opportunity to support aspiring engineers, especially those entering AI-driven automation and enterprise technology. For me, mentoring is not just guidance—it's about building the next generation of responsible technology leaders.
I started mentoring because I saw many talented engineers struggling to navigate complex areas like enterprise automation, AI adoption, and career growth in tech. After more than 20 years in quality engineering and automation leadership, I wanted to share practical lessons from real-world systems like FinTech platforms and SAP transformations. Mentoring allows me to help others accelerate their learning and avoid the mistakes many of us made early in our careers.
Focus on solving real-world problems rather than chasing every new tool or trend. Deep understanding and consistent learning will always create more impact than simply following the hype.
