Temporarily focus on lectures and mentoring
Being part of ADPList feels like a true blessing to me. Through this platform, I have the opportunity to give back by sharing my experiences with hundreds of mentees. The most meaningful part is seeing them gain clarity, find the right direction, or accelerate their progress toward the careers they aspire to.
I started mentoring because I realized that not everyone is able to navigate their career journey independently. Having a mentor can help people gain clarity and reach their goals more efficiently. Personally, after graduating, it took me about two years of learning and exploration before I was able to land the role I truly wanted, and I hope my mentees do not have to go through the same process for that long.
Focus on building real skills and practical experience rather than simply collecting certificates. Consistency in learning and trying new things matters far more in the long run. Even if our paths are different from our mentors', there are always lessons, strategies, and experiences we can learn from and adapt to our own journey.
