At ADPList, we believe that everyone has the right to be proud of who they are, feel safe in the community, and be fearless in facing challenges.  

Our mission is to empower the community to live in an inclusive and transparent space that encourages them to share and inspire. Knowledge should be accessible to all and not discriminated against by any gender or sexuality. 

To celebrate the Pride spirit, our team has set up some interesting initiatives! Check out the list below:

1. LGBTQIA+ tech community members are invited to apply as ADPList mentors! We will fast track your application. Simply include a 🏳️🌈 when apply.
2. Get mentored by LGBTQIA+ members. We are releasing more search options to make finding mentors who represent diverse communities easier!
3. Join us for an authentic, raw conversation on “How can an LGBTQIA+ person navigate & advance in their career”, led by LGBTQIA+ mentors in our community. RSVP today
4. Prepare for our first LGBTQIA+ Job Fair with top tech companies! 
5. Visit our Amazon Shop where we launch an exclusive Pride Month collection. All sales from this collection will be earmarked for donation to LGBTQIA+ charities.
