ADPList is more than a mentoring platform for me—it’s a space where I learn something new from every conversation. Each session brings fresh perspectives that keep me motivated to continue giving back to the design community. The most rewarding moments are when a mentee returns to say that our conversation helped them reach their next career milestone.

I’ve always believed that giving back is one of the best ways to grow. Knowledge becomes more meaningful when it’s shared, not kept to yourself. Mentoring allows me to support others navigating their careers while strengthening the design community we’re all part of.

Do your best work, stay calm, and be patient with the process. The industry is competitive, but consistent effort and the right mindset will eventually lead you to the opportunities you’re waiting for.
