ADPList feels like the mentorship ecosystem I wish had existed when I was starting out. It connects people across the world through generosity and shared learning. Being part of it allows me to meet incredible people from different industries and stages of their careers while contributing to a culture where knowledge is shared openly. It’s inspiring to see how small conversations can create real momentum in someone’s journey.

I’m a self-taught designer who transitioned from an engineering background, and the path wasn’t easy. When I started, mentorship platforms like ADPList didn’t exist, so I had to navigate the design world largely on my own through trial, error, and many hard lessons. When I later discovered ADPList, the idea immediately resonated with me - I wanted to help others move forward with more clarity and support than I had.

I often tell mentees to invest deeply in their craft an elevate their taste. These take years of deliberate practice, but they’re the skills that truly set you apart, especially in an era where AI is accelerating everything else.
