What does being part of ADPList mean to you? It means design doesn't have to be a lonely climb. When we invest in each other's growth, we raise the entire craft, not just one career. ADPList reminded me that the most powerful thing a designer can build isn't a product. It's a community that believes no one should have to figure it out alone.
What made you start mentoring? I never had a mentor. For a long time, I carried that absence like a quiet ache. So I made a decision: to become the person I once desperately needed. Mentoring isn't charity for me. It's a debt I pay forward to my younger self.
What's one piece of advice you give almost every mentee? Have a vision, but surrender to the path. The destination matters far less than your willingness to stay curious, stay flexible, and trust that the detours are doing something the straight road never could.
