Being part of ADPList allows me to connect with designers/ non-designers from different backgrounds and expand my professional network. It also helps me grow personally by encouraging a more positive mindset and continuous learning. Supporting others on their journey is both meaningful and inspiring together.

I started mentoring because I wanted to share real-world experiences—the good and the bad—to help reduce the gap between theory and actual practice. Many new designers learn concepts but struggle when facing real product challenges. Mentoring is also a great way for me to keep learning, because fresh perspectives—even from beginners—often spark new ideas.

Take baby things, consistent steps and be patient with your progress. Focus on doing your best and avoid constantly comparing yourself to others.
