Being part of ADPList has been a meaningful experience because it connects designers from all over the world who genuinely want to help each other grow. Every conversation reminds me that talent exists everywhere, but sometimes people just need the right guidance or confidence. It’s rewarding to play even a small role in someone’s journey.

I started mentoring because I kept meeting really talented designers who doubted themselves or felt lost navigating their careers. I’ve been through similar struggles earlier in my journey, and I realized that sometimes all someone needs is a bit of honest feedback and encouragement. Mentoring felt like a simple way to give back to the design community.

Don’t focus too much on titles or trends. Focus on improving your craft and understanding problems deeply — the right opportunities will eventually come.
