Being part of ADPList means contributing to a global community where knowledge is shared openly and generously. It’s rewarding to support designers from different backgrounds and see how a single conversation can change someone’s confidence or direction. It also keeps me learning, because every mentee brings a new perspective.

My design career didn’t begin with a clear roadmap. I learned by experimenting, failing, and slowly improving over time. Mentoring became a way to help others move through that process with a little more clarity and confidence.

Focus on building things, not just learning about them. Everything is moving fast in design now and real growth in design happens when you ship work, get feedback, and iterate.
