What does being part of ADPList mean to me: This is the kind of platform I wish existed when I was building my career and learning to lead without a playbook. It connects designers around the world who are facing the same questions, and proves how powerful mentorship and community can be.

What made me start mentoring: The industry is changing fast, and many Designers are trying to navigate it without a map. Mentoring is my way of helping people find their footing and move forward with confidence.

One piece of advice I give almost every mentee: I tell them the same thing I was told thirty years ago: your future career hasn’t been invented yet! Let go of dogma, lean in to the problems that need solving. Our world will always need empathetic change-makers.
