ADPList is a global community where knowledge flows freely across borders and experience levels. Being part of it allows me to connect with engineers from different countries and backgrounds, who are all trying to grow in the same field. It is rewarding to see how small conversations can sometimes create meaningful progress in someone's career.

Over the years, many people helped me grow in my engineering career, and mentoring became my way of giving back to the community. As software systems become more complex, especially with cloud and AI technologies, many engineers need practical guidance that goes beyond theory. Mentoring allows me to share real-world experience and help others navigate their careers with more confidence.

Focus on understanding real problems before choosing technologies. Engineers who understand systems, trade-offs, and business context will always create better solutions than those who only focus on tools.
