What does being part of ADPList mean to you? As a mentor and Ambassador for the São Paulo chapter, I see ADPList as the ideal ecosystem to expand my purpose of making a difference. It is a journey that feels like it’s just beginning, driven by the satisfaction of seeing professionals mature and transform their own trajectories.

What motivated you to start mentoring? With leadership maturity and my background in Learning Experience, I realized that impacting the development of other professionals is the most rewarding step in a career. Mentoring allows me to connect stories and share ideas, becoming an addictive journey as I witness talents flourish and seize new opportunities.

What is the best advice you give to almost all your mentees? Follow your heart, but never ignore market signals, always aiming to build a "T-shaped career." Having deep expertise combined with diverse skills is the key to versatility and success, especially in the dynamic Brazilian market.
