Early in my career, honest feedback was rare — most designers either sugar-coated things or stayed silent. I started mentoring because I believe creatives deserve direct, strategic guidance that actually helps them grow. If someone has the talent and work ethic, I want to help them sharpen their thinking and raise their standards through empathy and patience.
