I started mentoring because I remember how difficult it was to navigate product management without access to people who had already walked that path. Coming from Brazil and building an international career, I realized how powerful the right guidance can be at the right moment. Mentoring became my way to shorten that learning curve for others and help talented people unlock opportunities they might not even realize are possible.
