Being part of ADPList is both a privilege and a responsibility. It’s a global community of generous, driven people committed to lifting others up. Every mentoring conversation is an opportunity to nudge someone closer to the future they are capable of building.

I started mentoring because I remember being where many of my mentees are today. I grew up in Africa with big dreams but no roadmap into global tech, and along the way a few generous mentors helped open doors for me. Mentoring is my way of passing that forward by sharing practical lessons from building products and teams across startups, scale-ups, and companies like Amazon so others can move faster and with greater confidence.

I encourage mentees to focus on opportunities that expand their Scale, Scope/Complexity and Impact. When you intentionally seek work along those four dimensions, your growth and influence accelerate naturally.
