Being part of ADPList is incredibly fulfilling. I’ve had the chance to connect with talented people from all over the world, each with their own stories, challenges, and aspirations. Often the most meaningful moments aren’t about giving advice - they’re about listening, sharing experiences, and helping someone feel seen and heard.

A few years ago, I was actually on the other side of the table - I booked sessions on ADPList to learn from other designers. Those conversations gave me clarity, confidence, and a sense that I wasn’t navigating my career alone. That experience stayed with me and inspired me to give back, because I know how meaningful a single conversation can be for someone starting out or transitioning into design.

Spend time understanding who you really are - your strengths, values, and what energizes you. Once you gain that clarity, career decisions become much easier because you’re no longer following someone else’s path, but your own.
