Seeing how that's shaped people's trajectories is one of the most gratifying things I've done. 2. Learn AI tooling — not just dabbling, but actively building and creating with it. Designers already have the UX thinking and visual skills to do this exceptionally well; we just need to own it. 3. It's an extension of my reach. Through ADPList I've connected with talented designers across the globe — people I never would have found otherwise — and I've learned from them as much as they've learned from me. It's given our community a level of connection we simply didn't have before.
