Being part of ADPList means belonging to a global, inclusive community where knowledge, time, and opportunities are shared generously and without gatekeeping. It’s a space where mentors and mentees grow together, and where a single conversation can change someone’s trajectory, regardless of where they are in the world or in their career.

I started mentoring because I saw how many talented people were getting stuck not for lack of skill, but for lack of direction, feedback, and access. Giving back what I learned the hard way felt like the most meaningful way to contribute to our community and help others move faster than I did.

Spend more time understanding the problem than rushing to tools or solutions. Clear thinking almost always leads to better decisions.
