I started mentoring to solve a problem I experienced myself, lack of clear, practical guidance early in my career. As I grew into a leadership role, I saw the same gaps across many designers, uncertainty in thinking, problem-solving, and career direction. Today, with the rise of AI tools like Figma Make and ADO AI, the challenge has evolved. It’s no longer just about learning design, it’s about learning how to think, adapt, and use AI effectively. Mentoring became my way of helping designers navigate this shift with clarity and confidence.

Don’t just design screens, design decisions. AI can accelerate execution, but it cannot replace clear thinking. The designers who stand out will be the ones who define problems well, not just generate solutions fast.
