To me, ADPList is the "third space" for designers, a place where the coffee is virtual but the connections are very real. I’ve found that the best sessions often start with a portfolio review and end with a genuine friendship. I cherish these moments because they remind me that while we’re all designing different products, we’re often experiencing the exact same joys and challenges in life.

Nothing builds empathy quite like going through career ups-and-downs in a turbulent market. Surviving it - and having to rebuild confidence in my own design journey - I felt ready to give back to the design community through my personal and professional experience, helping those navigating the uncertainties of their early design careers with a bit of light.
