ADPList reminds me that none of us have to grow alone. It’s a place where I can share what I’ve learned while also continuing to learn from others. Whether as a mentor or a mentee, we all gain something from each other.

I started mentoring because I wanted to give back to the community and pass forward the kindness I once received. I’ve been helped by mentors on ADPList myself, and I believe kindness matters even more than intelligence. When I reached a point where I could help others, sharing that support felt like the most natural thing to do.

Don’t give up. I know I’m not extraordinary, and sometimes luck does beat hard work—but persistence has a way of slowly changing outcomes.
