Supporting the design system development to improve consistency and efficiency across product teams.

Working in a company with 21 product teams and a design system, within the largest real estate search service, serving 15 million monthly active users (MAU). Developing the design of the company’s homepage and navigation:
— Led UX and development of the homepage and key screens for largest real estate platform across web and mobile apps.
— Increased key conversion rates by 8% through usability studies and A/B testing.
— Solved 30+ sales issues with global search, AI assistant and personalised features..
— Drove a 15% increase in purchases by revamping the Residential Complexes section.

Beeline by Veon, one of largest telecom operators with 50M customers:
— Designed an Indigo award-winning app for pet owners with the PetSet startup, joining from inception within the Beeline incubator team.
— Developed and tested screens for MVP within 3 months. 
— Conducted competitor research, used data-driven solutions, improved onboarding, and raised registration completion rate to 86%.
— By employing rapid prototyping and my design system, we launched the app from scratch to MLP within 6 months, achieving 100K downloads.

Established design processes for Beeline's main B2C website with 10M MAU:
— Oversaw collaboration with the Lebedev design studio and managed a team of 3 product designers, 2 graphic designers, and 1 editor.
— Led design system development, cutting product costs by 4x.
— After a series of AB tests, redesigned mobile and convergent tariffs 7 times, along with implementing the Sharing Everything Bundle service. This led to an 11% increase in the customer base and reinforced its core position in the company's lineup, driving revenue growth.
— Redesigned Mobile-ID, through which authorizations increased by 6%
— For all these achievements, received a Certificate of Honour from the Ministry of Digital Development Russia.

— Supported existing and designed new products for the company, including major projects such as new products, promotions, and individual tariff lines.
— Designed high-traffic sections of company website, including main page and B2C mobile tariff catalog.
— Redesigned Convergent Tariffs, doubling new connections within 5 months, and becoming crucial for attracting further customers.
