For me, ADPList is a place where meaningful conversations happen. It’s not just advice, it’s perspective, shared experiences, and sometimes the small push someone needs to move forward. And it’s pretty amazing that this can happen between people who might live on completely different sides of the world

I actually came to ADPList as a mentee first. Pretty quickly I realized how powerful the idea is: you can talk to amazing professionals from anywhere in the world. I started mentoring thinking it was my way to "give something back" to the community, but it turned out to be a two-way street. I end up learning a lot from the mentees too.

Don’t overthink ideas - test them. Even small experiments can teach you much more than perfect plans sitting in a notebook.
