The community spirit and culture of feedback is vital for building confidence, driving clarity, and exploring alternative perspectives. I love every conversation I have, and every person I meet on the platform.
# What made you start mentoring? Throughout my career, people have offered me direct guidance and honest feedback — and I'm a better designer for it. Mentoring is a way of paying things forward. I enjoy helping designers focus less on polished deliverables, and more on explaining their thinking. The Why is more important than the How.
# What's one piece of advice you give almost every mentee? Design with people, not at them.
