Jason Greene

Ever since I was a child, I've always felt the most fulfilled by helping others through a balance of knowledge, skill, experience, and compassion; as a result, mentoring has always been a natural fit for me, both professionally and personally. As someone with a designer's mindset, the advice I pass on to everyone is to always assume noble intent in others, and build understanding and empathy before forming opinions and passing judgment. Being part of ADPList has thrown open the doors to connecting with mentees all around the world, learning about their aspirations and challenges, and helping them overcome conflict and achieve their goals.
