Early in my career, I struggled as a designer and found it hard to get the guidance I needed. That experience inspired me to start mentoring and help designers who are in the same place my past self once was. 2. Focus on clarity over perfection. Many designers try to impress others with visuals, but what actually helps them succeed in interviews is the ability to clearly explain their thinking. 3. ADPList created a global community where mentorship is accessible and people support each other’s growth through honest conversations. It’s inspiring to see how a simple conversation can help someone gain clarity and move forward in their journey.
