Being part of ADPList is a truly cumulative experience where the learning constantly flows both ways. I have learned so much from the incredible people I've mentored, and those shared experiences continuously amplify the guidance I can offer the next person. It is a brilliant community that proves how much we all grow when we simply show up for one another.

I never formally sought out a mentor myself, as I've always believed in learning from everyone around me. I started mentoring simply because I know how difficult it can be to ask for help, and how rare it is to find people readily available to offer it. I genuinely love supporting people however I can and wanted to be that accessible resource for others.

Never self-reject before you even try, and always push to deeply understand the "why" behind everything you do. Beyond that, I remind them not to take things too seriously; your career is a journey, so give yourself grace along the way.
