Led the redesign of DBS Insight Direct, a financial research and market intelligence platform (think Morningstar or TradingView, but built in-house by DBS). Goal: help customers track markets, discover insights, and make informed investment decisions faster.

Led design for Omne by FWD insurance and investment products across 9 JAPAC markets: Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Singapore, Cambodia, Philippines, and Malaysia. The app serves 15M+ users across all markets.

Led UX design initiatives for a ticketing product from early-stage development through launch. This was my first UX role, learning by doing and contributing alongside the team.
